Ordering Information

Before placing an order, we encourage you to check stationery availability in your chosen style. For example, if you wish to order invitations, Response cards, Thank you cards in one style, check that the chosen range is available in the same style.

How to Order

For information on how to order, please read the following:

Choosing a Stationery
When you have chosen a design, select colour, print type and all other available options. Price is automatically updated depending on your choice. When done, click on “Add to Cart”.

Adding the Amount
Note that there is a minimum ordering quantity of 20 items and the default amount in your cart is based on it. Enter required quantity then click on “update”. You will see the total cost prior to any discount.
Once you have completed adding items to your shopping cart, proceed to Check Out.

Registration & Contact Details
If you are not a registered user you need to do this step first. Your cart content is saved unless you close your browser before signing in. Enter the required information. You can change it later if necessary.
If you are a registered user your cart contains all previously added items until you remove or order them.

Personalising the Stationery
Once you have signed in, you can enter your personalisation details, wording, typeface and ink colours in “Add Comments About Your Order”. Alternatively, you can send them later to No additional charges apply if printing in a language other than English. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements if they are not available on the webpage.

The shipping charges are automatically added according to your country zone and total products quantity. More information can be found on our Shipping Information page.

If any discount, it will be displayed in the shopping cart prior to confirming the order.

Discount based on ordered quantities:

80 - 119 pcs - 3% discount
120 - 169 pcs - 5% discount
170 - 199 pcs - 8% discount
200 - 299 pcs - 10% discount
300 pcs and more - 12% discount

Full payment is required when placing an order and must be cleared before any work is carried out. Online payment can be done via PayPal. PayPal registration is optional.

Order Confirmation
Once order is placed, you will receive automatically e-mail confirmation containing all order details. In case of any issues please contact us immediately.

Lead Times
Production takes approximately 15-20 working days depending on the complexity of chosen design and may vary depending on seasonal peaks, customized design and large quantities. Obtaining proofs of your chosen stationery takes ca 10 working days from receipt of order and cleared payment.
